If you feel the issue you wish to complain about can be resolved with us please contact us and ask to speak to the Registered Manager.

Alternatively. If you feel that the issue was not resolved by, or cannot be resolved by contacting the Registered Manager you can make a complaint to the CQC (Care Quality Commission) using the following link:
